Notice of the 64th Annual General Meeting of Malkhanagar Sammilanee to be held at 39, Mahanirban Road, Kolkata -700029 on 20th November ,2022 (Sunday) from 6 PM onwards to consider the following agenda :
i. To take on record Secretary's report with regards to the Durga Puja Celebration 2022 ii. Appointment of Auditor for the financial year 2022-2023. iii. Election and Appointment of new office bearers of the Governing Body for next 1 year. iv. Plan for proposed tour to Malkhanagar as suggested by President v. Miscellaneous
